TextTool

TextTool is a special Object type for creating Text labels in the scene. Once you have a reference to an Object you can call these functions like this: obj.TextTool.setFontSize().

TablegetFontColor()Returns the current font color as a Lua Table keyed as Table[‘r’], Table[‘g’], and Table[‘b’].
intgetFontSize()Returns the current font size.
stringgetValue()Returns the current text. This is the same as calling getValue() on the Object reference.
boolsetFontColor( Table font_color )Sets the current font color. The Lua Table parameter should be keyed as Table[‘r’], Table[‘g’], and Table[‘b’].
boolsetFontSize( int font_size )Sets the current font size.
boolsetValue( string text )Sets the current text. This is the same as calling setValue() on the Object reference.
